Privacy policy

This page describes the data the Kassim Viandes application and website process, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

If you create an account: your name, email, phone and delivery address, used to process and deliver your orders. Your orders: items, amounts, store and status. A device identifier — a random number — to remember your cart. A notification token, if you accept notifications.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it for advertising. The app does not request your location, contacts, microphone or camera.

Who processes it

Google Firebase, solely to deliver notifications. Our host, for the database and emails.

Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data. To delete your account, write to contact@kassim.ma from the account address: we delete it within thirty days.

How long

Your account and orders are kept as long as your account exists. Delivered orders are then retained for the period required by accounting law. Expired notification tokens are removed automatically.

Security

Exchanges between the app and our servers are encrypted. Passwords are never stored in clear text. Database access is restricted to those who need it.

Children

Our services are not aimed at people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Any change to this page will be published here. Significant changes will be flagged in the app.
